Electric Bike Charger for 48V Lithium Battery

This 48-54.6V 2A electric bike charger is designed for 48V lithium batteries. It features an input voltage of AC120V and a DC2.1MM jack connector.

The charger's dimensions are 135x90x50mm, and it is compatible with Li-ion batteries. It operates on a working power of 110Vac, 50 ~ 60Hz and is suitable for 48V battery voltages.

The output voltage is 54.6V, which is optimized for a 13S Li-ion battery. The output current is 2A, and the output plug uses a DC 2.1mm jack connector. The charger is equipped with various protection features, including SCP (Short Circuit Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), OCP (Over Current Protection), and OTP (Over Temperature Protection).

The charging mode is a three-stage intelligent charging process, consisting of constant current, constant voltage, and trickle (floating charge) modes. This ensures optimal battery charging and extends the battery life. The charging efficiency is rated at ≥85% under full load.

The operating temperature range is -5°C to +40°C, and the storage temperature range is -40°C to +70°C.

To use the charger, first connect the DC terminal to the battery, and then plug in the AC power cable. After charging is complete, unplug the AC terminal first, followed by the DC terminal. It is important to unplug both the DC and AC terminals when not charging or after charging is complete.

The charger comes with LED indicators to provide visual feedback on the charging status. The red LED indicates power is on, the red LED flashing means the battery is being charged, the red LED constant indicates the battery is nearly fully charged, and the green LED signals the battery has been charged completely.

This smart charger is compatible with 48V electric bicycles, electric scooters, and snow fat bikes. The high-frequency charging technology ensures quiet operation and maintains the battery at an optimal charge level.

The DC connector is a 5.5*2.1MM DC2.1 type, so please ensure your battery's charging port is compatible before purchasing.

It is important to note that if the green LED is illuminated immediately after plugging in the battery, it may indicate a dangerously low battery voltage (below 35.7V). In such cases, do not use the charger and instead measure the battery voltage to ensure it is within the safe operating range.
