If your scooter is not charging, there could be a few possible reasons: 1. The charger may not be compatible with your electric bike. 2. If your lithium battery has been used for over 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months, it may be damaged due to the limited lifespan of these batteries. 3. If the green light is on when plugged in, but does not turn red when connected to the scooter, it's likely that the positive and negative connectors on the charger do not match your scooter. Try connecting the charger through a different interface. 4. If the light turns off after connecting the scooter, it could be due to an internal short circuit, which triggers the charger's self-protection function. You should check and potentially replace the electric bike's battery.
