Our batteries are 100% full capacity and can be disassembled for inspection. We use high-quality 2500mAh 18650 cells and 4800mAh 21700 cells to create true capacity battery packs, such as 48V 13Ah packs that require 65 cells (13S5P configuration). Each 2500mAh cell weighs 50g, and the battery housing weighs 1kg, resulting in a total pack weight of 3.85kg.

In contrast, "fake capacity" battery packs use fewer cells, reducing weight to 3-3.2kg but also reducing riding distance. Some sellers even add sand to the packs to achieve the correct weight.

All of our batteries are certified with CE, RoHS, MSDS, and UN38.3 safety standards. We perform rigorous safety tests, including short circuit, overcharge, crush, and extrusion tests. Our smart BMS boards provide protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and temperature fluctuations.

When charging, please ensure the battery is powered on. The on/off switch has "o" for off and "-" for on. If you need a different connector, such as XT60 or T-plug, you can contact the seller.

Our battery packs are available in various configurations. The 48V 13Ah (13S5P) and 20Ah (13S4P) packs are suitable for 200W-1000W and 200-1500W motors, respectively, with a maximum constant discharge current of 30A (13Ah) or 40A (20Ah). The 52V 13Ah (14S5P) and 14.5Ah (14S4P) packs are for 0-1000W motors, with a 30A maximum discharge. The 52V 20Ah (14S4P) pack is for 200-1500W motors, with a 40A maximum discharge.

The 48V 24Ah and 52V 24Ah/25Ah "New Shark" battery packs are designed for 200-1500W motors. They use LG 4800mAh cells (24Ah) or Chinese A-grade 5000mAh cells (25Ah), with a 40A maximum discharge.

When selecting a battery, ensure the voltage matches your motor, and the power and current ratings meet or exceed your motor's requirements. Also, consider the physical size and weight to ensure it fits your bike. Our batteries are compatible with most motor kits, except Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, and Panasonic.

For the best battery performance and safety, look for high-quality A-grade cells, professional welding, and a well-designed layout. Avoid "fake capacity" packs that use fewer cells or add filler material.
